Every fabric pattern in Ghana’s markets earns a name — this one was called Java, after its Indonesian-inspired motif. Originally designed with sleeves, it evolved into a clean, strapless silhouette with a stretch-back panel for ease and comfort, finished with flame-inspired embroidery at the neckline.

Java was the style that introduced TrueFond to the world — worn for vacations, weddings, graduations, and birthdays. It’s a celebratory piece, and it’s where our story began. The dress closes with a bold zip at the back.
